If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return to us in its original condition within 7 days of the purchase. It must be accompanied with your original receipt and any loyalty stickers associated with the returned item(s). Please fill in the Product Returns form in the Customer Services section. You can either swap the goods for another item or be issued a store credit. Custom manufactured items, sale price goods, all ink pads, pens sold in an un-sealed package patterns cannot be returned unless subject to manufacturing fault. This policy does not attempt to override obligations under the Consumers Act.
