Our Freight charged as a flat rate of $6.50.
Your order can be sent via Courier or by NZ Post. We use NZ Couriers, Fastway Couriers, Toll Ipec. We try to send via the most efficient and economical service for you. If you have a preference please let us know when ordering. If sent by standard Post please note that this is at the buyers request and is NOT covered by Traceability or Insurance. If you have an R.D. address your order will be posted, unless you request your order to be couriered - this will incur extra charges. International rates are dependant upon parcel weight - please contact us for details.
Returns:
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return to us in its original condition within 7 days of the purchase. It must be accompanied with your original receipt and any loyalty stickers associated with the returned item(s). You can either swap the goods for another item or be issued a store credit. Custom manufactured items, sale price goods, all ink pads, pens sold in an un-sealed package and Form-a-Lines patterns cannot be returned unless subject to manufacturing fault. This policy does not attempt to override obligations under the Consumers Act.
